Maintenance Help Desk
We use OSTicket as a ticket tracking system. Staff can log in and create requests to have maintenance issues addressed and resolved. The website is currently only accessible while on a network managed by SiskiyouCOE. If you need a ticket submitted but can't access the site, put the request in to your department's Executive Assistant or Administrative Secretary and he/she will get the request on the ticketing system for you. You must log in with your SiskiyouCOE work email.
