• FOSTER YOUTH SERVICES COORDINATING PROGRAM

    The Siskiyou County Office of Education (SCOE) Foster Youth Services Coordinating Program (FYSCP) convenes a countywide interagency Foster Youth Executive Advisory Council (EAC) comprised of representatives from children welfare, probation, school districts, post-secondary institutions, group homes and other community agencies.  These agencies work in partnership to strengthen and enhance services to students in foster care.

    The EAC will provide a forum for discussing the plan to improve educational outcomes of foster youth by providing advice and input on the operations of foster youth services, program operations, and program development.
