Continuous Improvement

Every student deserves support that meets their needs, and every school deserves systems that are realistic, responsive, and sustainable. In rural communities, limited staff and resources can make this work especially challenging.

The Continuous Improvement program supports schools and districts in building strong, connected systems that bring academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports together. By strengthening Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), and Differentiated Assistance efforts, we help schools identify student needs early, use data in meaningful ways, and focus on what matters most for students.
