State and Federal Programs

State and Federal Programs exists to ensure schools and districts can successfully implement state and federal education requirements while keeping student success at the center. Many districts face challenges navigating complex planning, accountability, and funding processes, which can limit their ability to deliver strong academic programs. By providing hands-on guidance, training, and technical assistance, this program helps schools build the systems and skills needed to meet requirements and improve outcomes for all students.

This work matters because effective planning and collaboration lead to better instruction, stronger family engagement, and more equitable access to resources. Through support with district and school improvement plans, advisory committees, and accountability processes, schools are better equipped to identify student needs and implement strategies that accelerate learning. These efforts strengthen schools, empower educators, and ensure students and communities across Siskiyou County benefit from high-quality educational programs.
